From 1-8 May in Sardinia a group of maximum 12 people will come together to lock-in & play hard.
🔮 We start with an Opening Ceremony; for an intentional and connecting start.
🌅 Four mornings from 09:00-12:00 we lock in.
To balance alone time and togetherness we’re providing a morning lock in. ****When you arrive, you will choose a little morning project you’d like to focus on.
Write music, go for a 2 hour walk, do a movement practice, baking a lemon buttercream cake every day. Creation structure will be provided. Accountability will be held. We’ll start & end intentionally :)
🌃 Three evenings we facilitate a space of depth & connection, with yourself and others. Poetry. Public speaking. Dance. Somatic practice. Journaling. Improv games.
🔮 We end with a Closing Ceremony; reflection, closure and a surprise…
In between you choose how to fill up your heart in ways you desire: mountain lakes, remote working, cuddling, crying, organise a little workshop, sewing pants or drinking coffee while overlooking the stunning views and listening to birds.

Where?
Farfalla Viola 🦋💜 is a counter-melodic, family-owned sanctuary in Sardinia where they like to turn things upside down. It is a gorgeous, safe place in Northern Sardinia just outside the quaint town of Tempio Pausania.

First things first! Let’s get this out of the way: we are not a couple. We are two dear friends who met at a co-living in Northern Portugal in April 2024. If you know the Garden, you know what kind of people we are. A bit crazy. Extremely authentic. Highly creative - and very funny. Pain in your belly from laughing kind of funny.
